  this is already becoming one of my favorite videos of yours! i love your choice of words- that we are allowed to feel a certain way rather than saying we are. its hard to resonate with some affirmations such as “i am confident” because i definitely have not felt that for a very long time.. so hearing that i have the option to feel that way is really refreshing. thank you:)

  I’ve dealt with abuse my whole life and this is one of the only things that can calm my inner child..I feel worthless and terrible, and you make it easier to go on.
