  my cousin is a nurse, and she gossips all. the. time. it even got to a point where our aunt who&apos;s a lawyer had to shut her down in the family group chat because she was casually dishing out confidential information about patients in the hospital she works at and she could get in trouble for it 😭

  With that nurse, there was no chance &nbsp;of her keeping her job, reputation is everything to hospitals, and this nurse revealed that they will make up negative stuff about staff and start spreading it. &nbsp;That nurse is a legal liability and HR was extra happy that it happened within the probationary period.

  Second Story: The actions of the nurse show a shocking lack of discretion and critical thinking. I also doubt this was the sole reason why she was fired.

  Story 1 - NTA. My father was an entrepreneur all his life, many times working 10-12 hour days. And yet he found time to take vacations with us, coach my middle brother&apos;s Little League team and take him hunting, go to all my oldest brother&apos;s events, and anything I was involved in. The &quot;memories&quot; the mom is building with her son is her &quot;not being there&quot;.
