  I mean... when you go to a brand store, their job is to sell their brand. &nbsp;When you go to a point shoe fitter who sells multiple brands, their job is to sell the best possible shoes for YOU.<br><br>I would STRONGLY encourage you to go to fittings a little early so you can warm up your feet. &nbsp;Do a nice 5-10 minute set of plié, relevé, and tendu. &nbsp;Some people&apos;s feet get bigger when they are warmed up, while others&apos; feet get smaller. &nbsp;But for most of us, our warm feet are different. You want to try shoes on warmed-up (in a ballet sense) feet.

  I think you should take a drive to LA when you are in Phoenix. Take all your pointe &nbsp;shoes with you and collaborate with Josephine at the pointe shop. ❤ Its approximately a four hour drive one way. Avoid using interstate 8 if possible. The 10 is a much easier and safer route. ❤

  Her point about your bunion being out making it LOOK sickled, but your foot isn&apos;t turned, was a VERY good observation!<br>I liked the Freeds, you got on them like floating instead of fighting! 🎉

  I wish freed would just switch to a harder paste, it&apos;s crazy that everybody needs to glue them before wearing.

  Ballet point shoes appear to be the most personalized piece of sporting equipment in existence. These videos on fitting and manufacturing shoes are fascinating to me.

  I also got fitted at the Freed Store in NY :). I ended up in the v-vamp, hard shank, studio professionals. They have worked well with my disappearing heel. Can&apos;t wait to see you in them with ribbons and elastics sewn on.
