  I didn't think plus size could do point. I was told no way no how in the 90's. I would have loved to progress in ballet ❤ but I wasn't 90 pounds so was told just to give up. I'm glad she didn't

  Taking off pointe shoes after a class is like taking off a bra that's to small & you've had it on for 12 hrs. No words can explain the relief! Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

  Some of the more interesting things never got caught on camera. Like the time in New Orleans where the music started and  ... nothing. Music stopped. Edward Villella walked out and apologized for starting in the wings instead of on stage.  Then gave a wonderful performance. <laughter> Love that now we have these to share.

  I’m a assistant instructor at my studio and whenever I’m in a dance recital I have a group of 3 year old students fangirling. It makes my day ❤

  I was an industrial construction worker for many years and we actually do stretch every morning. I don&apos;t think it&apos;s exactly required but it is recommended at the very least so our Safety guys make sure we do it to help lessen work place injuries. There are different levels of enthusiasm tho.

  Not a dancer at all, but &quot;dancer math&quot; sounds very similar to the orchestra/ensemble math we used to get from our conductors when I played violin with youth ensembles and such. &quot;No- okay, last time! Last time! Well, one more time, but this is really the last time, I promise!&quot; Ah, memories.

  Chux-licensed medical professional here and chux are chux pads. They are blue pads that look exactly like puppy pee pads that are used on beds for the elderly and child birth. They are used for the same purpose as puppy pads. We also use them for anything that might make a mess or get wet. Starting iv’s, blood draw 🩸, peg tube feeding/cleaning, wound cleaning-the list is endless. But they were originally designed for pee pee poo poo 💩

  The ballet with all the animals dressed in clothes was a 1971 film for The Tales of Beatrix Potter. I loved it as a kid, and still love it to this day. I even had the book that went with the movie. I was born in 1972, but have seen it countless times. A lot of children find it scary, but I&apos;ve always thought it was amazing. You really need to check it out!

  Every time you watch Ginger Rogers you are shocked with her talent. she really did dance better than Fred Astaire because she did it &quot;backwards and in high heels&quot;.lol it was not well known that she could tap dance on her toes I suppose.
