Thank you so much for sharing your recipe, and especially for all the tips to make it correctly! I've been making it myself, and while I got the taste so I like it, the texture has been, well... horrible!! I always waited until the chickpeas were cool, so that's one major step I need to change. I can't wait to give this a go!

It would be really great if you could show people how to prepare the garlic in a mortar and pestle before adding it to the hummus. To me, it's one of the most important parts of the process.
