I love the filter assembly. I just replaced my furnace and Ac unit partly because of your videos, but didn't think to change my filter assembly. Looking back I wish I'd have done that..

I completed HVAC trade school in August 2024 and earned my EPA 608 Universal certification. I'm now seeking an apprentice position to kickstart my career in HVAC. I came across your fantastic training videos and absolutely love them—by far the best HVAC channel on YouTube. Thumbs up!

Great video. You’re doing yeoman’s work. Wish we had honest and decent HVAC guys like you in the Denver area. Everyone here is all about ripping people off for the most money possible.

I'll probably DIY next time but I'm not too excited to have to buy a system with A2L refrigerant. I'll try to keep my R410A system running for as long as I can. By the way, I just got my EPA 608 type 2 certification. And I just got my manifold gauges today that's compatible with these refrigerants. When the time comes, I'll try to pump down before spending the bucks for a recovery pump.

You should be using the thermo trap putty on that valve, super easy to use and doesn't make a mess like the paste does. Reusable so it's not a one off cost and saves you time and from burning things up
