  I live on Social Security and all of these Beach Towns is out of my league. I happened to find a Seniors mobile home park that I can actually afford. It is a Resident owned Mobile Home Park with No Renting allowed. In 2015 I bought my Mobile Home that was seriously Dirt Cheap and my space fee is also way cheaper than all of these Beach Towns by far. <br>And have all of the amenities of a big town including Medical. Hospitals and etc.<br>Thanks for the Info.👍

  They are crazy! The median priced home in Morro Bay is $965,000. That&apos;s going to be smaller and might need updates. <i>Nothing</i> &nbsp;is cheap in San Luis Obispo County, especially housing.

  Anyone who thinks of retiring in a mobile home community, no matter if you’re by the ocean or have great mountain vistas, you must own the land your home is on. Just recently a small, but beautiful mobile home community overlooking a beautiful area near Santa Cruz, way up above the beach was taken over by the landowners. Doesn’t matter that you own the RV. You have to leave

  In Vietnam , seniors can have a good place to live and cheap, delicious food around ! &nbsp;Within $500 to $ 700 , you can have an apartment and food !

  The Morro Bay prices are SO wrong! You can&apos;t touch a one-bedroom rental under $2000.

  I don’t like beaches where trucks and cars rip up the sand, drive right by you as you are trying to relax. No way.

  People that rent a space at a Mobile Home Park also have the same requirements as renting an apartment which is (three times the rent) in income. Let alone any pets and credit.
