  That looked like a hodgepodge on a three tier tray.  Mostly raw fish stale toasted bread and some petite pastries.  I think Afternoon Tea at Gordon Ramsay would be something to avoid.

  The double pointed chopsticks are so you serve yourself with one side and eat with the other from the communal plate

  4.5 was a generous score for this afternoon( tea ? ) nothing to impressive but always enjoy you and Naz and your banter back and forth. Thank you both for 30+minutes of entertainment.

  Certainly not a traditional afternoon tea. Atmosphere seems like a cafe vibe. Nah definitely not.

  Not sure if anyone mentioned yet but "Sando" is the Japanese short-phrase for sandwich (sandoicchi/サンドイッチ). So while it sounds a bit silly in English, it is an appropriate term to use in an Asian restaurant!

  In the US so many are picking up Rachel Ray's term for sandwich - sammies.  I'm pretty old school and use timeless words rather than catchy ones.  Love watching you two - so cheery and uplifting.
