  I took my daughter to Petrus for her 21st birthday, on the day the London Olympics opened. I&apos;m by no means well off, and had to save for months for it. It was the most memorable day.<br>The staff were fantastic, because of travel disruptions thanks to the security around the Olympics, we were late. No problem. We are from the wrong end of town. No problem. My two daughters nipping out between courses to smoke a rollie. No problem. We were treated the same as all the other customers. The food was incredible. Amazing wines. Cheese course like nothing I&apos;ve ever tasted before. &nbsp;At the end, my daughter was presented with a little birthday cake, and the staff are discreet enough to NOT sing Happy Birthday (she would have been mortified if they had done that!). Quite the best service I&apos;ve experienced, before or since.<br>It&apos;s not cheap, but I&apos;ve been back a couple of times and it&apos;s always delivered a wonderful time. Petrus is worth every penny, even if you have to save for it, it&apos;s definitely a place for a special occasion.

  When Danny rolls his eyes at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9DNJooqYYbQ&amp;t=577">9:37</a> after his first bite of salmon, you can just taste how great it is. This is a true, authentic reaction.

  If I went to my local takeaway and ordered 7 items off of the appetizer menu, it would cost more than that. A meal like that brightens up an entire week. Absolutely worth it!

  What a magical episode .<br>Finally it’s so refreshing to see Danny come out of his comfort zone and embrace fine dinning .<br>Granted it’s not for everyone ,but Danny has to be applauded for embracing the challenge and his reactions are magical .<br>Thank you both for putting this video together .
