First, those of us who love you/are chronically ill totally understand, you NEVER owe an apology for a late video, NEVER. Second, girl I’m cheering you on🎉 Fire all drs that gas light you, a GLP1, nope! Why do some drs feel they can say things about being “overweight” when clearly that’s not the issues!? It’s maddening! And third, love the mustard yellow shorts😁 Sending a huge hug,, love you my friend❤️🩹❤️🩹

Flares from chronic illness is so hard for others to understand unless they’ve experienced it for themselves. That was my experience with me/cfs and there’s no blood test for that! So I’ve been undiagnosed for years. With my EBV flare last October, I was bedridden and/or housebound for months. I couldn’t work. I had Pots type symptoms, dizziness on standing, orthostatic pressure in my hips, only lying down or standing up as sitting was unbearable Looking after myself was a struggle in itself. I thought I’d say Hi and you’re not alone as I know you know. 💜

Just live your life and open your eyes and heart according to your time and mind nothing is impossible in life it only needs time to get to the right point and even medicine doesn't know it all most of healing is due to mindset and the care you put in and advance and evolve ftol the bad times and turn it to a new part for the good and keep rolling onyoir road of be healed and take energy and positive from people trusted by you but also what's around you abd refill your own self-esteem and self soul with nature and take a simple gesture of this and turn it to good experience to move on and be very proud of you and what you accomplished this far and just take right people to make you happy and smile and feel healed and loved and secured 😊🙏
