  I live in Canada, and we work 40 hours per week. If we work even one minute beyond our scheduled hours, it counts as overtime, paid at 1.5 times our hourly wage.

  I work in a reputed MNC, and a few months ago our leader announced that Work-From-Office is now mandatory. She said everyone must come to the office, regardless of personal issues — even new mothers or people who live far away. She even gave her own example of buying a house near the office, but our salaries are very different and not everyone can afford that.<br><br>This kind of pressure is becoming common in MNCs, where employees are expected to ignore family, health, and personal circumstances just to fit into the policy.

  Infosys is not giving 25000 for freshers. It&apos;s giving 14k per month for persons who completed Degree and it&apos;s giving 25k for those who completed engineering

  I agree and my point is why everybody has to be extraordinary ? Whats wrong in being mediocre ? I work for money and I am not greedy for more. I want to live a satisfied life. Let those who are greedy do hustle. Why is it being made a norm ?
