  The fact that the judges say they are misusing the laws to those women and still getting them settlement is exactly what's the problem in this country 🤦🏻‍♂️. . .

  My brother close friend&apos;s marriage ended up in less than 3-4 weeks. The dowry case went all the way to the Supreme Court. During their settlement meeting, Supreme Court staff were playing video games on their cell phones and have no pain to do for what they are getting their salaries. It&apos;s like the whole judicial system&apos;s a giant extortion racket including local police. Most lawyers grow their families on family matters, so they stretch it more and more. His ex-wife wants 5 Crores (5 करोड़ rupees) in alimony. Absolute mess and they r stuck in it for 17 years and it&apos;s still not settled. Is it a circus?

  Those women who are harassed and deserve alimony, they never get it whereas those who put false allegations get hefty amounts in alimony...<br>Those men who harass their wives never get pressurized for paying alimony whereas those who don&apos;t even take dowry or are innocent keep paying it for lifetime....the whole system is cooked🙆🏻🙆🏻

  Alimony should not be granted if woman is working or adultery is involved provided the groom has not taken dowry.
