  Wife and I live just west of the Elwha.  Sasquatch season has started a little early this year.  I am now prepared with security cams,  Nightvision DVR, my phone, a zoom recorder, 5 lbs of plaster and a red spotlight,...oh yeah, and I got a cheap "bionic ear".  We get more rock throws, stinkbombs, and noises in the middle of the night, especially on nights with light rain, or after the rains.  The moisture on the ground hides a lot of their traveling noises.  I am a wildlife expert, with decades of experience with African wildlife, birds, bats, amphibians and reptiles.  My specialties were crocodiles and king cobras, I would raise "neonates" or hatchlings for other zoos, and get them past their vulnerable size/ages into sub adulthood.  My babies have gone to San Diego, Bronx Zoo, Phila, Riverbanks, Miami, St. Augustine, and more.  I have a little experience with great apes, other than people, with behind the scenes of gorilla, orang, and chimp exhibits.

  Almost all of us that follow things Squatchy know that trail cameras rarely work because Bigfoot can see in the infrared spectrum... So the sensor eye is visible to them. A good way to see this is to look thru a security camera facing another camera that has a motion sensor... You will see a cone of light in the dark your eyes can't detect.. If you do manage to get a pic it will be by blind luck! 👣

  Interesting that Derek talks about how boring research is and is not interesting TV, while doing a show that is meant for people to watch. &nbsp;This episode was 85% discussion and 15% other. &nbsp; I would rather watch the exploration than listen to someone tell me stories. &nbsp;I don&apos;t think I&apos;ll finish this episode, and I will not make it to episode 2. &nbsp;Good Luck.

  to much disturbance will make them move from that area altogether. posting camaras is a waist of time. they can smell them long b4 you will get a good pic of them. i would sagest you take the time and walk in verse driving even if its a few hr hike.
