  I love basketball🏀! And I'm good at basketball and my father even named me after the legendary superstar Kobe Bryant and also I live in the Philippines- a basketball loving country. The more I study about the life of Christ and strive for the perfection of character according to the law of love I can clearly feel the dissonance upon going back to sports and games. It's just a different atmosphere, I can't do anything but let the truth manifest itself for me, in order for me to continue enjoying sports I gotta go against the current of truth and conscience which doesn't give me peace. This video validates my conviction even stronger it just feels good. Truth is satisfying to the soul

  When I was in high school mid 80’s I couldn’t understand why my dad discouraged me from taking sport seriously as he said EGW did warn of indulgence in sports. Praise God, I listened to his advice…

  What a podcast. I have been immersed into supporting English clubs football league. One day, I came across &nbsp;a teaching of Pastor Walter Veith saying freemasons are behind this biggest football clubs and leagues. And I say hold on to myself. After that time I was contemplating between watching and not watching now. Sometimes I don&apos;t, and somedays it will revive and start to watch from my phone, and spend most of time watching news regarding football clubs, stars etc. <br><br>Today, with God help I want to decide to quit all in all. My brothers and sisters in Jesus,I want to meet you in heaven, please lets focus on our purpose on earth, lets commit/totally submit ourselves to God. May God bless you all!

  I&apos;m a missionary and I meet a Korean missionary in the Philippines and I asked him why he didn&apos;t play any sports and told me &quot;because there&apos;s no sports in Heaven&quot;.and I understand now. Thank you

  Ive been thinking about this subject for a few months. My 4 year has participated in a 4 year old soccer program, mostly training routines with a Short 5 minute skirmish at the end, on 2 separate occasions my son stopped and knelt down in prayer in the middle of the &nbsp;match, i didnt understand why he did it, but i see now it was because he was in distress and it went against his character, he was being taught to love and be kind and now he was being told to defeat his friends. On several occasions of us practicing at home he only wants us to do the training routines and not compete. Sometimes children see things clearer than adults do. My son is all for having fun but doesnt like the pressure of competition. Be careful what you teach or expose your children to it will shape there soul.   I love this discussion. Many SDA&apos;s think that denying our children of sports is cruel or punishment. I have spoken to some, and this is what they think. How sad we are teaching our children the wrong way to enjoy your free time. God bless you both and pray for your ministry.

  Wow, I’ve been strongly convicted that we should not be playing any sports of any kind, not even in recreation or friendly competition. Seeing this video is God affirming the conviction He has given me.<br><br>Many Adventists are not ready to hear this message, but I’m grateful that you are speaking about this, because we’re getting too close to the end of this world and we need to be completely cleansed of anything that comes from Babylon.

  Please pray for each SDA university by name!! I work at Walla Walla University and I can clearly see that sports is destroying us but it’s the blind leading the blind. May God open their eyes that they might SEE, and be converted and have the spirit of Christ change us all here. ❤
