  Dangote Oil Refinery in Lamu is planned for 700,000 barrels per day but Kenya confirmed production is 50,000 barrels once Lokichar Basin is fully operational. Where will the balance of 650,000 barrels come from? Somalia? South Sudan? What don't we know?

  It&apos;s okay Museveni doesn&apos;t have to invest in Lamu oil refinery. No one is being forced to invest. The Dangote east Africa refinery is good for Kenya, it&apos;s an investment that will lift Kenya&apos;s economy. The crude oil doesn&apos;t have to come from Uganda it will be imported the way Kenya used to do and refine+ add oil from Turkana.... Singapore is a big global oil player with zero crude extraction from Singapore, Singapore buys crude oil and refined in Singapore for export to global markets. It&apos;s a model Kenya can adapt and make lots of money for the Kenyan economy. Don&apos;t be myopic.....Don&apos;t forget there&apos;s jealousy from the other east Africa countries Uganda and Tanzania. Let the refinery of Lamu flourish for Kenya to flourish.

  You are misinformed,the Dangote refinery is a milestone in investments.Dont compare M7,Salva Kirr,Samia and Kenyans.Kenyans can still run the refinery without them.M7smouthing,this time round does not make sense.Very soon Ugand and Tanzania will find out that the EACOP pipeline to Tanga was a waste of resourses.
