I had an identical set up and conclusion.
There are an IHOP and Denny's next to each other where I go fishing in the South Bay.
I stop at each before a full day of fishing.
I expected IHOP to be better.
But it turned out Denny's was better, and costs a little less

Thanks Mike, I love the pan cakes at Denny's, you can really taste the buttermilk.

Your last video brought me to H Deli in Suisun. Shawarma was delicious!

Hey Mike, thanks for the comparison and I agree with you between the two. Also the last Denny's in San Francisco closed a few months ago. Thanks for the video.

This restaurant comparison between IHop and Denny’s was nicely put. In my opinion I say both are great in their own right. Excellent video Mike. Hopefully, we can one day collaborate sometime. 😊

Also, your videos always make me hungry. 🤤😋

I think corner cafe bakery vs fresh watch would also be interesting! Or some of the fast casual chain bbq like dickeys would be neat. Popping yolk is a regional chain there’s one in Los Angeles at least, VERY interesting menu. Thank you for sharing, friend.

Mike, El Cerrito Denny’s is 2 blocks from my house. I never eat there but happy you visited EC.
