The going to bed when the sun sets and getting up when the sun rises life style is called farming😂. My grandparents did that their entire lives. They never answered to anyone but the cows and chickens. We have Amish friends that still live that way. No phone, computer, electric lights but a pure happy life. Im pretty sure I would not make it 2 days without my phone, maybe not even one. What a nice gift for you of the steak.

Glad to see you getting a good night's sleep, Hachisuke. I got one also which rarely happens. You are getting better at cutting your onions with your fingers curved inward. The next step is to put the knife right against your curved fingers to create automatic spacing for the next cut. You can cut faster this way without danger. Anyway, that's how we do it. A page from your book "Keep the Poison Within you" says "I want to say this to young people. Becoming a lukewarm salaryman is also bad." Words of wisdom, there! I can understand why you think this book is important. As for me, I am reading "The Count of Monte Crisco" by Alexandre Dumas and it is a big book of over 1200 pages. I avoided books this size when I was younger.but now I greatly enjoy it and understand why it is such a classic.
