Titus sealed his fate when he killed his sister. He showed Grace the loophole that would save her and Faith: It's not against the rules to kill family.

It's heavy implied that the Le Domas family members died not because they've lost to Grace but because in the end they tried to kill her after she already won (old aunt screamed "The girl still dies" and aimed at her and immediately was punished by exploding).
As Mr Le Bail is very strict about his rules (a proven fact by many examples) it's a fun theory that maybe the family would've survived if they just played fair.

Daniel would be proud that she burned it all down.

5:33 the two bodies they found were Becky and Daniel because they both died before it was sunrise so since they’re already dead, they didn’t explode.

The fact that their names are Grace and Faith ❤ how come anyone didn't notice that? Grace and Faith two pillars of humanity

The reason the elder needed taken out in the beginning is that he wouldn't have been able to compete.

Samara in that black wedding dress is outrageous.

That intro! 🔥
I loved this movie, and think this one was equally as good, Samara Weaving & Kathryn Newton had such good chemistry! 🤩
I loooove Elijah Wood's character as well!

Loved rewatching this. It’s shocking at the time but when Titus and Ursula took out the oldest Danforth, they did it because he knew as the head of the family he wouldn’t make it/another family would take out Grace before he could. Also, I love how she keeps outsmarting everyone and I expect that to continue if and when they do a third. Would’ve been funny if an end credit scene included the woman who drove off sitting at like a fancy restaurant then suddenly exploding 🤣
