The mystery was perfect. The first he really loved, and the closest to location desired as well as $75000 to build a bespoke AMAZING studio…plus the peaceful huge lot. She only seems to really focus on her studio should really give him the house he chooses and build the studio she chooses-win win!! Though at the point I’m at (just finished viewing the mystery house, I don’t sense she’s going to “share” fulfilling both their desires. Hope I’m wrong.
