  Max - Skeleton Mastery<br>Max - Raise Skeleton<br>1 Point - Amplify Damage (for mobs)<br>1 Point - Decrepify (for bosses)<br>10+ Points - Corpse explosion (massive AOE damage, especially on monsters cursed with Amplify Damage)<br><br>Clay Golem adds to the slow effect of Drecrepify which is nice I guess, and Bone Armour is another 1 point wonder.<br>It&apos;s the classic Fishymancer build, thats slow but can easily walk through any area in Hell without a problem.<br><br>[Edit] Also get yourself a mercenary from Act 2 nightmare with the &apos;Might&apos; aura for extra damage.

  People tell you not to worry about the mana but they should also tell you what you should do about the mana in this game while you&apos;re leveling so here&apos;s usually what I do on high mana consumption builds:<br><br>1. First 3 levels into energy (optional)<br>2. Insert 2 chipped sapphires to any 2 open socket helmet and also body armor if you don&apos;t have stealth yet<br>3. Make &quot;Nadir&quot; runeword at level 13<br>4. In the meantime I look for +1 to mana after each kill on rings it&apos;s op early game<br>5. In the meantime look for charms +mana one good grand charm can solve your problems<br>6. Upgrade &quot;Nadir&quot; to &quot;Lore&quot; once you get a sol rune<br>7. Watch the good guide on the Larzuk quest once you get to Act 5 and check how to make Spirit sword and Insight easily (Larzuk quest is tricky don&apos;t mess it up)<br>7. Try to get 4 open socket one handed sword preferably crystal sword because drip<br>8. Try to get 4 open socket polearm for your act 2 mercenary<br>9. Make &quot;Spirit&quot; runeword inside your crystal sword<br>10. Make &quot;Insight&quot; runeword inside your mercenary polearm<br><br>Your mana issues are basically fixed with only these steps with 0 points invested in energy. Learn how runewords work and choose few easy ones to aim for because D2 without the runewords is a completely different game. You need to cap your resistances and have a lot of health and that&apos;s the most important thing you need to worry about when you click &quot;C&quot;.<br><br>It&apos;s good you opted out from adding to teeth. Summon + corpse explosion works much better. Teeth needs too many skill points to make it work on a summoning necro so that would be miserable. On the other hand corpse explosion is op and doesn&apos;t need additional synergies as far as I know.

  good summon necro build is just max skeletons + mastery, then a few points in amplify dmg curse, and then corpe eksplosion for late game

  First mercenary is free and is automatically hired from Kashya as a reward from killing Blood Raven. If she dies, you can ressurect her speaking to Kashya (in Act 1; in other acts, you go to the merc dealer of the place). The mercenary has an inventory, press O to see it, you can equip some items on the mercenary, the weapon of Rogue merc is the bow; better bows, better attacks for her.

  when playing any new game it&apos;s a common rule of thumb to check keybinds and stuff. that&apos;s not just a diablo thing but an any game thing. if you had done so you may have seen early on that you can press a button to bring up the panel for your mercs equipment which in turn would have shown you from the beginning you got one after turning in the quest after blood raven. you also should have seen the huge portrait next to your skeletons and golem when you turned it in and also when you think they all did the same thing might need glasses since they clearly have different skill pictures. the one that is cheaper you picked as a rogue is due to the fire not having cc like the cold ones so not many people take fire rogues, they are the same in general though other than cold slowing and eventually freezing they both are , shoot plain arrows, shoot elemental based regular arrow and shoot aoe arrow. ice rogue not being able to use the aoe freeze arrow until they are much higher level though which no one usually keeps them that long anyway.

  In diablo 2 if you are running your defense is zero. You should toggle between walking while in combat and running in times of peace so you don&apos;t die
