  been pushing myself to wake up early to play your videos while prepping for breakfast so i can have a nice morning and setting the tone for the entire day. 10/10 super effective, would recommend to my friends

  just found this morning while making coffee and hanging out with the kitties. i&apos;m back at home living with my mom and despite how it sounds it has been the loveliest time getting to connect with her again. she&apos;s at work today so i have the house to myself and we&apos;re listening to the rain hit the roof. june-uary it&apos;s called!

  I used to hate mornings. Just wake up, get dressed, and go to work. I realized I’m not someone who can just get up and go. I need to ground myself first.
