If you have the Acquired Immunity mod, Rick Whisky would have gotten the "Eat baby" option, which gives you immunity to radiation and turns everyone in The Pitt against you.

I still want a Fallout game, or DLC, set in New York. Since from what FO76 and FO4 had told us, New York is arguably one of the worst wastelands in the US left. FO4 had the Brotherhood mention that New York was in such a state, that they flew over it to get to Boston and not a single one of them was willing to land in New York to refuel. On top of that, FO76 had an NPC mention that New York is "a crater." I would love to see a New York that's mostly an underwater, or underground city system.
