I would never consider this rental model due to all what you mentioned, but for a 5-star hotel in JVC at this price level, mid to long term it is a risk worth taking 10000% in my point of view. It does not matter if JVC is oversupplied, at the end it’s a great location and for a great price the math will work.

like you said the we buy your unit page offers most of the times insulting low prices. I tried it with a property i have AR. The price offered was at least 30 % down from last transaction price ( last transaction prices happened during the crisis and were already 10 % below february prices. and we buy your unit took from that another 30 % off.) Does is make sense to use this site ?? if u ask me only in absolute desperation. The actual expectation is that you will decline the offer and than they will proceed to offer listing your unit for you. Its an easy way to generate leads of desperation and get listings for secondary market.
