This is great. A Hydro would have interesting mechanics in the game, especially as wet players can get electrocuted by the Neon Annihilator weapon. And it's a fun reminder of the pyro who chose to become a firefighter in team neighborhood. The pyro vision interpretation for a hydro was very cute.

What a cool coincidence i'm modeling a water sprayer weapon for pyro.
Weapon's name : jet sprayer.
Causes wet effects to enemy players.
Replaces fire with hot water that causes bleeding damage to enemies out of water
35% less damage underwater
Replaces airblast with bubble that absorbs the projectile and when popped it launches the projectile facing the popper's direction.

Note : engineer's gift to pyro in the hot days of summer

Anyone who's worked with a pressure washer knows how terrifying this could actually be if Pyro decided to go all in

Huh, Hydro might actually be a cool and useful class, You can put out burning teammates, water damage sentrys and etc from engineers, reveal invisible spys, and could be a new support class.
