I was flying AA and the flight took off 20 minutes early, with my bags on it.  I asked a pilot in the airport what time it was, and he confirmed that they took off early.  I went to the check in to find out what happened, and they ended up giving me another flight at first class.  I still had to write a letter to the board of directors as they broke the law taking off with my luggage without me being aboard

At Beijing International Airport I came to the check in desk for a British Airways flight to London Heathrow.  I had a case, a hand bag, and a computer. I was told that I could only take one bag onto the aircraft for this international flight. I argued with the staff, but in the end I was forced to open and rearrange my case content and  put one bag into the case. I was then charged for excess baggage. I told the desk staff that I would never travel internationally with British Airways again, and I have kept to that. I subsequently travelled internationally all over the world for many years with many different airlines, but never with British Airways again.

Before  body x-ray security while in the line then put your passport ,phone and money in the bin to be checked by TSA so that by the time you get through the x-ray machine you will be able to retrieve them before someone steals them and your years of planning a vacation goes up in smoke ,

At boarding time they ask you to empty your pockets and put every thing in tray. If someone else picks up your bag with your passport then you will have it. What a stupid rule. At least passport should be allowed to be carried in hand.

Before security I put everything but passport and boarding pass in my bag. Before my bag goes in the scanner my passport and boarding pass goes in a zipper pocket.
