  Always loved computers. Programmed as a hobby. When I finally decided to give a real shot and try to get a job with it, AI came out and destroyed it.

  We told an entire generation to learn to code because machines were the future. Then we taught the machines to code and told that same generation they should&apos;ve learned something else. Career advice apparently has a shorter shelf life than yoghurt. 💀😂

  The layoffs started before LLMs really took off. AI is just the excuse, &nbsp;the real reason for layoffs is due to interest rates going from 0 to 5.

  I learned to code on the early 2000, I was a teenager. It was a fun ride; I picture myself like some artisan carving wood in a small workshop, will continue to code but forgetting any expectations of monetary gain
