  I respectfully disagree with Subodh sir, as already premiums are so high, by providing balconies and dry area as free from FSI, the builder can pass on the benefit to the consumer to have a better standard of living, the restriction are too high from real estate companies to look at costs before providing higher benefits to customers. People are paying crores out of which 25-35% is pocketed by BMC in the name of premiums and as tata peojects ceo said, it is BMC that has not done in its part in terms of infrastructure that people have to buy such expensive apartment because no one is willing to travel in the pathetic roads of Mumbai and no benefit is provided to the public at large; given the state of infrastructure, it is just filling up pockets of engineers and infrastructure contractors who are doing EPC projects at sub par quality. We should ask why the messup of Gokhale bridge happened if the BMC engineer is checking before providing approval.
