  Realizing my dad was like this in a lot of ways. Very manipulative. At least he wasn&apos;t good enough to get someone to kill for him. Thank goodness he never had any actual systemic power.

  Always listen to your body. Always take breaks from people to check in with yourself and how you really feel without them in your ear. Never feel indebted to anybody. Never idolise anybody. Have clear and strong boundaries with yourself and others. <br><br>People aren&apos;t trained to spot cults. Everyone thinks its obvious and they&apos;d never join a cult or get taken advantage of. But cults don&apos;t come to you like a big bad they come in the form of friendship and community. <br><br>A lady tried to get me to join a cult once. I helped her with her university research work and she wanted us to have lunch as a thank you. I was like yeah sure. She drove me to a big &quot;church&quot;!!!!!! I was like wtf???? Went inside and she sits me in a big room and starts &quot;teaching&quot; me about &quot;god the mother&quot;. Showing me religious texts and trying to convince me to come over the weekend for a ceremony. I clocked what was happening and said i need to ask my mum before i change religion 😂 (im not even religious). On our way out i see about 100 old people with huge smiles on their face looking at me asking me to come back. I was terrified. <br><br>Oh and them being high, drunk, emotional, not sleeping, doing bootcamp and constantly listening to him is brainwashing tactics. All that reduces your brain waves which in turn lowers your conscious ability to make decisions. And if your not in control of your brain guess what? Anyone can put anything they want on your brain. Most cults do this. Lack of sleep + constant indoctrination + isolation = control of the mind which controls the body. <br><br><br><br>Be careful folks. Protect your mind and your peace.
