  To be fair, the revolver rat trap would shoot blanks. &nbsp;Which did enough damage to kill the rat. &nbsp;<br>Of course it is still a silly idea unless you want to randomly hear gunshots in your home.

  I actually first learned about the horse-treadmill-powered train concept from a series of fantasy novels collectively called the Emberverse, by S.M. Stirling. After a bizarre supernatural event in 1998 alters the local laws of physics on Earth to make electricity, steam power, and any form of high energy combustion (i.e. gunpowder, internal combustion, high explosives, etc.) completely unusable, groups of survivors in the American Northwest struggle to rebuild some semblance of civilization amid the ruins. After they get a bit more established as collection of quasi-medieval successor-states later in the series, someone digs up this idea for a horse treadmill and uses it to put the railroads back into some kind of service, though it is still painfully slow and inefficient.

  Texan here the Austin light tower obviously isn&apos;t the only light. They have normal street lights it&apos;s more of a cool thing

  Great idea, babies are a waste of space anyways. Get them the all new Babycage 2.0, now built for rooftops! Even lightning proof! Have your baby meet its peers and play in peace on the unused roof of your multifamily home!😂
