  I bought a 97 4runner with 200k miles on it. In 3 years my only repairs are brakes, tires and lower ball joints. I bought it for $3800. Now that's a deal.

  I still drive my 2007 Toyota Rav 4 with the 3.5 L/V-6 with 230k, still going strong.

  I work at Walmart as an Auto Care Tech. I&apos;ve serviced all of these and I&apos;ll admit any one of them are a good selection.<br>If you&apos;re going with one of the Toyota/Lexus options, consider a $199.00 upgrade to the oil filter and retrofit an actual spinon filter unit. These all come with cartridge oil filters, except for the 4.7L engine which still had a spinon filter. They will be much easier to service. I don&apos;t know if other shops will charge extra for changing a cartridge oil filter, at Walmart we don&apos;t, but a spinon filter is a nicer oil change than a cartridge oil change.

  My friend and drove her 2002 RAV4 to Montana from Oregon and has 345K on it and drives so smooth. &nbsp;Amazing.

  2008 Lexus RX400h . Amazingly smooth car and built for 1/2 million miles. There isn’t any competition.

  One of the best vehicles I ever owned was a 2006 Acura MDX. &nbsp;Oh my gosh, I drove it for 14 years, ran hundreds of appointments with it in the Texas heat and when I traded it in 2020 I nearly cried. &nbsp;She had 261K+ miles but the only thing that I had to do was replace the A/C about 3 times due to the excessive heat in the Houston gulf coast area. &nbsp;I got my moneys worth out of that SUV and will probably get another one next time I buy.
