  Fellow irl gardener here! I do container/raised bed gardening so my set up is gonna be different than yours, but I can still give tips! One of my biggest hacks for containers is to not buy actual pots if you&apos;re growing things that need the root space like tomatoes, peppers, etc. Go to your local hardware store and get the 5 gallon buckets and drill drainage holes in the bottom. Plus you have an easy transport system with the handle! For smaller pots, I just went to the dollar tree and grabbed a bunch and made sure to drill extra holes. <br><br>NEVER plant mint in a garden bed. It spreads worse than dandelions in the spring. You&apos;ll never get rid of it. Mint=pots only. <br><br>Make sure to do your research on what you want to plant near each other! Companion plants are your friend! <br><br>Instead of using pesticide, consider going natural! Marigolds keep out a lot of pests, same with lavender and citronella! Just be careful if you have pets, since some can be toxic to animals. Also, the citronella plant in a pot works tons better than those stupid candles ever will. I found starter plants at my local Home Depot for about $5. You can also check your local plant sales/nurseries! <br><br>If you want to continue planting for next year, consider starting to compost! I just picked up a metal trash can that I kept outside. Just make sure not to add any oils, dairy or meat. Plus you can add grass clippings and leaves too! Saves on bagging it all up. <br><br>Sorry for the novel lol. Epic Gardening on YouTube is super helpful and has different advice for different zones too! <br><br>The first time I harvest cherry tomatoes, I couldnt stop picking them off the vine and having a lil snack when tending to the crops 😂

  When doing anything with grass on the flatmap, when you are filling your grass cart, let&apos;s say you walk out until its 50% and then turn around, and it fills the other 50% on the way back. There is no wasted motion. You know exactly where you have to go for 100% of a cart every time.

  I saw other versions of this. When you said the bottleneck was unloading, I realized it might be advantageous to have two lawn tractors so you can keep going while the other dumps.

  Would have been more efficient buying two of those small john deere mowers at the beginning so you can mow while the other unloads

  Nothing is more rewarding then putting a seed in the ground, tending to it, watching it grow, harvesting it, and enjoying the &quot;fruits&quot; (veggies) of your labor. It always taste better knowing you truly worked to earn it. Even if it&apos;s just a hand full of crops you will be addicted!

  Love your vids. Grape and Olive farmer from South Africa here :) &nbsp; I have just started a vegetable garden here, about 1/2 hectare. I have built gabion walls to hold the soil raised from the ground. Helps with drainage and soil retention.<br><br>Busy watching your vid while in the tractor grading roads.

  Ive never farmed before but the amount of work that went into a video game to plant crops p it&apos;s it into perspective what real people have to do to have a farm lol
