They didnt have plastic milk jugs when grandma was gardening. When i was a kid our milk was delivered in glass bottles.

There were no plastic milk jugs during WW2. Milk came in glass bottles at that time.

My grandmother’s name was Hazel. She grew some of the largest tomatoes I’ve ever seen. She also did the “3 sisters method”.

Don't forget, if you bury those milk or water jugs, add some food scraps, without oils , meat or cheese, they can lure the wrong pests, but add a bit of scraps now and then, easier at times , than a compost pile, and that's been done for many years as well around the world. Agape❤😊
