  The can was probably shaken so hard during transport and the fish was separated from it&apos;s bones and seeing how the fish is almost mush it was probably just mixed in with the liquid.

  As a learned chef who critiqued non of your &quot;cooking skills&quot; prior I do have to say, the cutting with a sharp kitchen knive almost touching the inside of your forearm technique is commendable. I have never seen such confidence.

  As a Swede I couldn’t be more proud to be from Sweden. No one else has been able to make Sam so appalled before and that is a fucking achievement.
