I just did mine I got the corvette servo/long pin kit for my 2008 suburban and it's like a new transmission. I had a terrible double shift when going to 2nd and now nice and firm quick shift😊

The eaay way to remove the servo and avoid damage to the transmission case is to grab the blue o-ring with a 90 degree pic, stretch it then cur it, Grab one of the ends of the o-ring with needle nose pliers and pull it out. The servo will now come right out.
