If i had instructors like you in NADC i would have learned something more than what i already knew from being in this industry my whole life. you are fucking A100% the best of the best dont forget to stay awesome.

  I agree 100% with Sean (below). I have been working on cars for over 40 years and have  always been intimidated by automatic transmissions. With the help of this series I was able to diagnose and repair the burnt 3-4 clutch pack issue without any problem. SAVED ME HUNDREDES OF $$$$$. I am officially a "YouTube Certified Mechanic"!! LOL  I sincerely hope Cliff is getting paid from YouTube, he deserves it!

  Some trivia for the the viewers: The 55 and up bolt pattern mentioned here in the video is "55 and up Chevrolet only" type pattern. Therefore, it is not the same bolt pattern as the Pontiac, Buick and Olds during that time period. GM also made a universal case bolt pattern version that was known as PBOC for Pontiac, Buick, Olds, Chevrolet.

  Thanks for this. I have a 95,96,98 Chevy GMC Tahoe Sierra c1500 short bed pickup. This goes a long way towards telling me what the previous owner frankentrucked together!

  I've had a leak in my transmission for a while and this video helped me find out that my ecu harness isn't pushed all the way out of the transmission and all my fluids coming out of there. Such a helpful video, thank you!
