Well that was brilliant. Over the past 18 months I have followed various health and fitness influencers on YouTube as I persue health, fitness and longevity objectives relating to cardio, strength training and mobility. Vanja and Dorian are two of my favourites so to see this collaboration is awesome. That was both entertaining and enlightening. Good on you Vanja for putting yourself out there. 👍
