  I don’t care where they ‘get’ to fly for far. &nbsp;They work hard and 90% of the crews I’ve had are incredibly nice. &nbsp;They deserve a toilet and stick with business class food or better.

  Some of those images were of the 777 LLCR Lower Lob Crew Rest Compartment. &nbsp;It took the space for a couple cargo containers from the aft cargo. Later they went to the upper deck crew rest to restore the cargo space and because ground handlers kept ripping them out although plainly labeled as part of the aircraft and not removable.

  Pilots at U.S. carriers can eat the same meal. At my airline, we have a choice of meals from meat to poultry to fish to vegan to kosher to other varieties. And if first class passengers are provided a meal on that flight, at least 24 hours in advance we can preorder one of the same first class meal options that they are being offered. Ordering meals for us is as simple as going into our trips, selecting the flight, selecting the meal tab then choosing from a pop up list of standard crew meals or one of the first class meal options (if first class is being given a meal service on that flight). I do not coordinate with my first officers what they are going to order so I don’t order the same thing. Frequently I’m eating the same meal as they are and in 27+ years have never encountered an illness due to airplane meals.

  From YYZ. There are no comparison between a truck driver&apos;s life and an airline crew. &nbsp;The truck driver nowadays have lots of trouble finding places they can rest overnight, they cannot run their engine and only the lucky ones have an APU to supply power for the HVAC system. There are serious chances they get robbed at rest stops, &nbsp;and they get to eat at many of these greasy spoon places. They have no auto pilot to help them, and 12 hours driving means just that , without even any moments like 10 seconds to day dream. &nbsp;An airline crew have a strong union contract, &nbsp;eating business class meals is nothing to complain about. 16,18 hours are the longest, unlike truck drivers, who will be kept far away from home for up to a month +?

  An ICU nurse can work 13 hours with no breaks and barely able to &nbsp;take a drink &nbsp;of water. This sounds pretty good

  It all depends on the plane design and what the airline requested. I&apos;ve been on some airlines the cabin crew go downstairs near middle of plane and sleep etc. some people can sleep with background noise. &nbsp;I&apos;m a light sleeper so any noise and movement I can sense it and I&apos;m awake regardless of whether I&apos;m at home or travelling

  Well..<br>Its called rest time..on long haul flts....deoends of civil avaition in each country...<br>To avoid fatigue...cabin crew are there....simply for safety...<br>Then giving care..food and drinks to paxs...<br>Lovely video<br>Rest time bunkers depends on air craft model..and air line settings..<br>Not all air crafts have bunkers..<br>In some air lines..crew rest area is paxs..seat..reserved by traffic..<br><br>I did this job for 23 years...

  I really enjoyed watching this video! It gives a great insight into what life as cabin crew is really like. I especially liked seeing what happens behind the scenes and learning more about the daily responsibilities of the crew. The video was interesting, clear, and fun to watch! ✈️🤍
