As a retired chronic user (even before the era of these super high potency varieties), i can honestly say I’d no longer be a casual proponent of its “harmlessness” Sure, It had a “helpful” time & place in my life (for probably far too long though) & i can practically guarantee it didn’t make me any smarter. Giving it up has brought no regrets & several benefits.

I was a homeless meth addict for many years, I switched to cannabis and that really helped me stay away from hard drugs. It's been 4 years and have no interest in going back, but I'm seriously psychology addicted to cannabis now and watching myself suffer from all the negative effects

The lower your tolerance is & the less you use the less long term negative side effects you’ll get. Moderation is key with everything

I’m watching this with curiosity and fear. I’m a regular heavy user. I’m going to be rational and listen to the parts of this video I don’t want to know. It may be time to reduce the use. I can feel it legalization made me go kinda bazooka Joe on that premium top shelf gas.

One to two times a week to mentally unwind my brain and put everything into perspective.

I’ve never been addicted to cannabis per se but I’ve gone through brief chapters of life where I enjoy using it until the tolerance sets in and it becomes too difficult to get the right effect. Chasing the dragon, if you will.

The thing i noticed that was the most detrimental effect is loss of motivation to do productive things, like working, exercise and especially cardio. This leads to weight gain and loss of strength, non-positive feelings which I suppose are tantamount to depression.

Watching this as I’m smoking a bowl… But with real curiosity. Like a lot of us I want to grow and succeed, but I also like weed.. Maybe what I learn can possibly influence how I view smoking and why I smoke. I’m scared to learn some things, but I need to be responsible enough to learn.

When I was unemployed and unable to land a job, my anxiety went through the roof when I would consume cannabis. I couldn't handle it anymore, so I had to give it up. It's been almost 2 years since then and I still can't consume it comfortably
