I’m usually pretty sceptical of AI-made videos, but I have to admit this one kept my attention. The subject itself is fascinating, especially the distinction between the Crown Estate and privately owned royal property. There’s clearly a lot more history behind the ownership and money than the average viewer ever gets to hear about.

That was quite informative <br>I stayed on Ebury St a few years ago at The Lynton Hotel was a lovely stay , the owners were two brothers and because I was an Australian guest they put Vegemite on the breakfast buffet- I will always cherish that memory

Trusts pay 6% charge for every 10 years which equates to 42% over 72 years (just over IHT of 40%)<br><br>I think the main issue is that leasehold should be abolished
