  The first Biker can actually be caused to spawn in San Fierro simply by doing a teritorry glitch that allows a player to have territories all over the map (when defending a territory, attach satchel charges to enemy gang members, fly to SF, and blow them up there). If you manage to get a hood in SF, all you need to do is to repeat the process at least once to increase the gang&apos;s density in that hood. Once it&apos;s at lvl 2, the Biker ped will start appearing as a drug dealer regularly.

  Great breakdown as always! <br><br>One minor correction: At <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBYHmgPgvI4&amp;t=593">9:53</a>, the Biker actually refers to World of Coq. Yes the pronunciation is correct of course, but I guess Rockstar wanted to add just another innuendo. Interestingly, Worlf of Coq actually appears in all three major cities.<br><br>Also, the Biker Drug Dealer&apos;s original intended location may have been San Fierro. The reason for this is because the very first cutscene of the game takes place in Liberty City, which in the Hidden Interiors Universe is actually in San Fierro. So for a very brief moment the game registers the player&apos;s location as San Fierro. If you skip the cutscene at the right moment, apart from the Biker Drug Dealer you will be able to see other San Fierro peds as well, because the game still has them loaded in memory.<br><br>Finally may I know which is the Vice City mod being used? Good stuff, once again.
