Wait, so you already had an air filter company and put in a bid with the govt? That's very different from creating a business to gain a govt. contract. What you did was low risk high reward, what you're suggesting is the opposite.

You might need to get some level of CMMC to qualify for a gov't bid, so that's some complexity overhead I don't think you mentioned.
