  Having married a cheater many years ago , I can assure you that the old truism " Once a cheater , always a cheater " is spot on . Cheats are boringly predictable and essentially impossible to like or to trust on any subject .

  I heard my ex&apos;s voice for the first time in nearly a decade. I had a granddaddy of an anxiety attack, this is after twenty years since the divorce. On the daily I relish my autonomy without a single regret. I&apos;m good with never hearing his voice again.

  My ex left when our son was 10months old. on a random Monday he said he didn&apos;t wanna be with me then wensday he was moved out. I was DEVASTATED, like wanting to die devastated. I begged him to come back. One year later after 20 failed gf attempts he wanted me back. I said HELL NO hobosexual. I&apos;m honestly soooooooo much happier with just me and my son. I can&apos;t believe I was so sad. Time truly does heal. And he cheated so many times...

  Some women return to their ex because they want closure. You don’t need closure, just move on with your life. After a while he’ll be an occasional passing thought, if that, and you’ll have survived without closure. Besides, the ex doesn’t want closure, he just wants another go on the carousel, so as long as he can keep pulling you back in for that closure you so desperately want, he’ll never give it to you.
