  I loved how they flexed with the "captured on PS5" thing.  Not Pro.  Yes its 30FPS, but the fact this game looks this good on base PS5 and isnt a slideshow is quite the feat.

  Fun fact: rockstar doesnt use pre-rendered cutscenes. Its all in engine so your characters can look goofy if you want it to. Hence why you cant find anything different between cutscene and gameplay performance wise. If its fucking up in gameplay its also gonna fuxk up in the cutscene.

  I wont lie they did a good job at capturing what is pretty much modern florida, if you folks have ever lived or come down here their alot of locations that are similar to what ya see here being that vice city is was base off of 1980 Miami make sense the modern version would look close to how it is now
