I've done many different fasting lengths. For me, the 48 hour fast is the best. Eat dinner Sunday night and then your next meal will be Tuesday night (make it small). Only black coffee and flavorless electrolytes if you need them.

Although I don't yet have higher-end equipment, I come for the Trinnov/K-Scape/JVC/rack/PDU/etc content, as that's more specialized and really interesting. Nothing wrong with Apple TV, it just seems kind of common and boring by comparison. I even have an Apple TV, although it only gets used for screen mirroring, Olympics on YouTube TV and Peacock, and once in a blue moon streaming Peacock. I still prefer my ancient Roku Ultra for all other streaming (mostly YouTube).
