I totally agree that vulnerability can mean more power and make connections than the weakness 💐

Way to go girl. I'm 62 and never was diagnosed until now. This could have helped me so much. Hugs and kudos.

I'm a woman and was overlooked. Even though I have combined ADHD.
Not only woman who have ADD get overlooked. You just get overlooked because you are a woman.
I am hyperactive, talk a lot etc. It's super obvious I have ADHD. I knew when I was 14. Started to ask for help back then.
I still was late diagnosed at age 29.
Two of my girlfriends had the almost exact same thing.
They also have combined ADHD, and struggled in puberty and asked for help. But they were also diagnosed when they were in their 20's.
The problem is not that ADHD in girls is not seen, it is that ADHD in girls is not recognized as ADHD.

love this so hard. As someone with ADHD , I must say- I am a bit too distracted with the bows ( which is a 'me' problem). I just wanted to mention it for others who have ADHD watching with sensory and visual sensitivities. Thank you so much for having the courage and love to share your message <3
