Let’s take a moment to thank this man for saving us so much trouble with this video. Endless gratitude for sharing his experience. I listened to every single word with great interest.

Your #1 point is so important. My successes have only been when I knew who I was making for.

I am a one-person business. I have been purchasing hardwood lumber in small quantities, planing it, etc., to make scroll saw projects. The processes were time-consuming. I now have a CNC machine, and I started doing the same thing until I discovered CIC. I have purchased hardwood from Ryan, as well as panels and HDPE. I stumbled upon the lessons Ryan is teaching in this video, and I believe I am on the verge of turning my CNC machine into a money-maker. By the way, CIC fills my orders quickly and includes a hand-written note in each shipment. I sell in a retail store and online, and from the beginning, I included a handwritten Thank You card with every order. Customers really do appreciate the note. Thanks, Ryan, for investing in the machinery and having your employees do all the hard work so that I can buy wood, panels, and HDPE from you and concentrate on making the items my customers want.

16:16 This is genuinely pure genius... At first it almost sounds like a sales pitch to get us to buy your panels, but then you literally work it into being an extremely valuable point with a very important takeaway

I thought #1 was great, until I saw #3. Spot on! A shop full of equipment that hindsight regrets. Do what adds value.
Similar to this is to use the CNC for what it does best and otherwise use the best tool for the operation (it may not be that CNC machine).
