  I used rosemary with castor oil. Took iron, eat eggs and vit B. Have your feretin checked.

  I had thinning hair, especially in the front.  My mother had the same thing.  I now use aloe vera shampoo.  My mom used to put some gel from the plant in her shampoo bottle.  What has really helped me a lot is rosemary after I shower.  I boil the rosemary herb as if making it for a tea.  When it cools down, I pour it into a spray bottle and I spray my scalp before I get out of the shower or reach for my towel.  I have heard that adding cloves to the tea helps as well.  I haven't done that, the rosemary alone has worked really well so far.  I use argan oil and coconut oil on the ends of my hair after I brush out my hair, use it only on the ends.
