  To the people who are trolling her english, <br>If you laugh at someone&apos;s broken english, that doesn’t mean that person is illiterate. Bro that person can speak more language and chose english to communicate with you. And you speak english because it’s the only language you know.

  11 years ago, and here I am, in 2025, crying. this is one of the most powerful, emotional tedtalks I have ever seen. I respect her with an intensity I cannot describe in words. she is so, so brave, smart, everything. incredible story

  For everyone commenting about her accent. This woman is stronger and smarter than most of you. She speaks Chinese, most likely multiple dialects, Korean, English, and who knows what other languages. She is a living legend for what she went through. This woman has all the features I would look for in a wife, smart, cunning, brave, self reliant, beautiful, and strong. I hope this woman achieves all her dreams, she deserves it.

  Everyone needs to read her book!!!! “The Girl with Seven Names” she goes into so much more detail and you learn how truly devastating and difficult this journey was for her. It’s heartbreaking but shows how strong she is and how dedicated she is to her family. She is an incredible person
