  An attack doesn&apos;t have to mean a massive invasion.<br>It can be low-key, deniable but still very damaging operation. Yes, it wagers that the other side is unwilling to escalate a response, which will likely be true.

  The story originated with reports that US intel agencies have advised Poland to BOLO for Russian hostile acts. &nbsp;It&apos;s not just some made up nonsense. &nbsp;Mike Baker (former CIA) is reporting that himself and posted a video earlier today to that effect.
