I believe those countries have a higher percentage of government employees if you can believe that , so those countries would probably rank higher. Not rocket science.

Canada's support for seniors is derisory for what we pay in. As usual with Canadian government programs the calculations and rules are absurdly complex, adding huge bureaucratic costs and confusion to the mix. Simplify it! Then there's the Canadians who've bought into the 3 legged stool analogy. The only stools here are the politicians who legislate this, while they look forward to their own gold plated pensions.
